Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This would allow users of libart-seafire-common to not directly require asio. The use of asio should be an implementational detail within libart-seafire-common. Factory functions/classes could be used to create concrete asio-based acceptors, streams, etc.
